Do you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? We do! My ancestors first came to America hundreds of years ago from Ireland, and we love cooking our version of an Irish meal, baking soda bread, and wearing our traditional orange. Yep – orange. My great-grandmother was born on St. Patrick’s Day, and because our ancestors were Protestant, and not Catholic, she insisted that we wear orange instead of green. So tomorrow you’ll find us baking bread, making cottage pie, and wearin’ orange.
What will your St. Patrick’s Day look like?
