It’s been a while since I made a menu plan, but our week goes much more smoothly when I do, so I’m going to go with it again – at least through the busy fall sports season.
That kicked off last week, and starting this week we have multiple games and practices for each kid. Apparently practices get longer as you get older, because I spent nearly four hours at practice on Saturday. Through in school times, field trips, book clubs, and plain old life, and I’m going to need to be planned out.
So here it is:
Breakfast:
– Perfectly Pumpkin Waffles, fruit
– Cinnamon & Sugar Baked Doughnuts, fruit
– scrambled eggs, juice, bananas
– Cinnamon Almond Granola parfaits with yogurt and fruit
Dinner:
– Soccer dinner out
– meatball subs, salad, applesauce
– Taco won-tons, salad, rice
– Angel hair pasta with Easy Bolognese Sauce
– Loaded cauliflower & chicken casserole with cous cous @ applesauce
– Leftovers
