Rob Elliott’s Laugh-Out-Loud joke books have brought laughter to more than half a million households. His last book invited kids into the action as he teamed up with cartoonist Jonny Hawkins to create Laugh-Out-Loud Doodles for Kids. Now the dynamic duo is back with two brand-new books for boys and girls who love to draw and love to laugh! Packed with jokes that will keep boys and girls giggling for hours, and unfinished doodles for them to complete any way they want, these books keep little hands and minds busy. Perfect for road trips, lazy summer days, or anytime the kids say, “I’m bored!”

My Little Man loves telling jokes, and lately he’s been interested in art and doodling, too.  When I heard about this book, I thought it might interest him – and I was right.

My Little Man loves this Laugh-Out-Loud Pocket Doodles for Boys""“>Laugh-Out-Loud Pocket Doodles for Boys – because while it really is funny and you are totally encouraged to doodle on every page, the book is the right size to fit into a boy’s pocket.  With that size, it can go anywhere.  Just think – waiting rooms, car lines, camping trips – no place will be off-limits for a boy and his doodling joke book.

My Little Man thinks it’s really cool.  That’s the word he used – cool – but when I tried to get him to elaborate for the sake of this review, I couldn’t.  Couldn’t get a word in edgewise, that is, because he was throwing jokes at me hard and fast, giggling as he turned the pages, not willing to put the book down long enough to talk to me about it.

I’ll take that as a good sign.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
