Last week was absolutely crazy – but I’m determined to slow this Holy Week down a bit. We have a few really crazy, busy days, but those are bookended by slower days, and we’re going to take full advantage of our down time.
While it’s chilly here today, we didn’t get the forecasted snow yesterday, and spring seems to be on the way. That means that it’s almost time to begin work in the garden, too. Yay!

Dinner:
- Birthday leftovers: mashed potatoes, grilled chicken, Guilty Good Green Beans, and Mom’s Baked Corn
- Cheesy Chicken Taquitos, rice, salad
- Betsy’s Baked Mac ‘n’ Cheese, steamed broccoli
- Smoked Sausage Foil Babies
- Dinner out on a youth trip
- Leftovers
- Easter dinner: grilled ham, S’Mashed Italian Potatoes, green beans, Mom’s Baked Corn, applesauce, rolls, and Bunny Cake
