We’re having another one of those busy weeks, but it’s steady. With one thing planned for every day and a birthday thrown into the works, we’ve got lots of good stuff happening.
What do you have going on this week?
Breakfast:
- Breakfast parfaits with fruit and Cinnamon Almond Granola
- Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal
Dinner:
- Grilled Bratwurst sandwiches, salad
- Oriental chicken, fried rice, stir-fried veggies
- Tacos, salad, pineapple
- Sliced ham with s’mashed potatoes, baked corn, and steamed broccoli
- Birthday pizza, salad, cake and ice cream
Since the birthday cake won’t be happening until the very end of the week, I’m hoping to make some of these Soft & Chewy Oat-Chip Cookies.
