Aaannnnddd … it’s birthday time!
My Big Helper will turn eleven on Friday – where does the time go? – and so there’s going to be lots of celebrating happening this week.
The weather is forecasted to be gorgeous this week, too, so I’m trying to maximize our time outside.
What do you have going on this week?
Breakfast:
- Breakfast parfaits with fruit and Cinnamon Almond Granola
- Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal
- Waffle bar with a variety of fruit and Perfectly Pumpkin Waffles
Dinner:
- Salsa Chicken Casserole
- Spaghetti with Easy Bolognese Sauce and salad
- Breakfast for dinner – omelets and pancakes
- Shish-ke-sketti
- Nacho bar
- Dinner out
- Leftovers
My Big Helper will probably opt for a Goofy Cake!
She’s also asked me to make these Nutty Oatmeal Chip Cookies for a birthday outing.
